The apartment is independent, guests are pleased to communicate their estimated time of arrival 24 hour prior the check-in.
A credit card is required only as a guarantee, no deposit will be charged.
Tourist city tax: from the 1st of September 2014, the overnight tax will be of € 3,5 per night per person, with the exception of children up to 10 years. The city tax, which is not included in the price, will be requested with the balance of the stay.
Any invoices must be requested at the time of the check-in.
House rules:
- Check-in from 2:00 pm or earlier, if possible
- Check-out by 11:00 am
- The keys of the apartment will be handed over at the time of check-in
- The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels corresponding to the number of guests
- The parties are prohibited for the peace of the neighbourhood
- Smoking in the apartment is forbidden
- Any damage to the apartment will be charged to the guest at check-out
Extras charges
- final cleaning and/or extra cleaning: € 35,00
- late check-in after h. 8:00 pm: an extra charge of € 20,00 will be requested
- late check-in after h. 11:45 pm: an extra charge of € 35,00 will be requested
- early check-in before 8:00: an extra charge of € 35,00 will be requested
- deposit: the credit card will be used as a guarantee of the reservation and as a security for any damage caused by the client
CANCELLATION POLICY
Not refundable: The reservation is not refundable. In case of cancellation, modifications or no show, the total price of the reservation (city tax excluded) will be charged.
Free Cancellation - Pay Later: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, the cost of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
